COME SEE THIS BEAUTIFUL BEACH BUNGALOW Located on a rare double-lot in Sunset Beach, this cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is full of surprises – is slightly elevated, never been flooded with an easy walk to the beach, Caddy’s, Sea Dogs and KaTiki, has a view of the bay from the front door, beautiful lush landscaping, a large composite deck (new in 2023), and a free-standing one-car garage. Part of the house was originally built in 1928 and has a block addition, bringing the total conditioned area to just over 1,400 sq ft. In the spring of 2024, a new roof was put on the house and garage. AC was replaced (2024). In 2020, the primary bedroom and bath had a permitted down-to-the-studs renovation: greatly enlarged and brighter with updated plumbing, electrical, a new ceiling fan, and a his-and-hers walk-in closet; access to a small attic is from this room. The new modern spa-like primary bath has a floating vanity, two under-hung sinks, a quartz countertop, white vertical subway tile around the tub/shower, pale blue ship lap on one wall, marble floor tile, a full mirror wall over the vanity, new recessed LED can lights (on dimmers), a new vent, and modern white barn doors with frosted glass. The galley kitchen has stainless Bosch appliances, granite countertop, an Insinkerator disposal, a new (2020) Ekon vent hood that actually vents outside (the neighbors love smelling the home-cooking!), double-wide farm sink, a new (2020) counter-deep Bosch fridge/freezer, and a small pantry. Laundry closet has new (2022) LG ThinQ W/D. Dining room has an attic fan and a small closet where there’s a tankless water heater. Hardwoods in all 3 bedrooms, dining room, and short hallway; other floors are ceramic tile. Bright, light office and lounge area on one end of the house have new (also 2020) ceiling fans. High impact windows and doors throughout along with beautiful plantation shutters throughout the home. Outside, the large composite deck (installed 2023), surrounding the living room, is roomy enough for a table for four and a large sofa that allows two grown-ups to stretch out and relax under sunshades and watch the outdoor t.v. – it’s another living, eating and entertaining space! The grassy, tropical yard, with a reclaimed water sprinkler system, is lush with greenery and palms that provide privacy, screening most activity from 94th. A new vinyl picket fence and gate was added along 94th (2021) with 6-foot privacy fence on either side (new on west side in 2021). In the detached garage is a water softener for the house and in the back a large workbench; outside are two showers. Fun! It really is an oasis when you want to get away from all the beach activity. SELLER IS VERY MOTIVATED!
