Nature’s Food Patch is declared Progressive Grocer’s Outstanding Independent
The store also won several other industry accolades, such as Best Health Food Market
CLEARWATER & DUNEDIN, Fla. – Your local and organic, family-owned natural foods grocer, Nature’s Food Patch Market & Café in Clearwater and Downtown Dunedin, has been chosen as a Progressive Grocer’s Outstanding Independent honoree.
This honor was given due to the essential role Nature’s Food Patch has played to ease the pains of the pandemic for the consumer. “The Patch” has showcased exemplary actions towards serving their community. Since March 2020, The Patch has spent countless hours around the clock to implement a number of new concepts, innovations & operations with respect to their online technology, including their Patch Curbside Pickup program. This allowed consumers to continue to receive senior and wellness discounts, save on in-store sales and earn rewards towards their Patch Perks. By providing this additional service with all the bells and whistles that traditionally come with shopping in-store, The Patch was able to continue their historical efforts of providing enthusiastic and courteous service to their new online family. Nature’s Food Patch is a place where good food, good health, and good people come together – even if it’s online or by curbside.
Nature’s Food Patch also won the 2020 title for Creative Loafing’s ‘Best of the Bay’ Best Health Food Market and Best Salad Bar, in addition to being voted Best Health Food Store by the community in the Tampa Bay Times ‘Best of the Best’ campaign for the second year in a row.
