CLEARWATER, Fla. – In partnership with the Clearwater Neighborhoods Coalition and the Suncoast Sierra Club, the city of Clearwater will host its second annual sustainability conference, which will take place as a virtual series every Tuesday in February at 7 p.m.
This year’s conference will focus on gardening. From sustainable home landscaping to growing vegetables on a patio, the series will feature advice from local gardening experts to help beginner gardeners grow. Sessions include:
- Feb. 2:Â Here We Grow (eco-friendly gardening)
- Feb. 9:Â What Nobody Ever Told You About the Birds & the Bees (pollinators)
- Feb. 16:Â Where Does Your Garden Grow? (growing food)
- Feb. 23:Â An Introduction to Florida-Friendly Landscaping
